Strictly fans left completely confused at Shirley Ballas’ odd comment to EastEnders star Maisie Smith – My London
By now, Strictly Come Dancing fans are probably used to the judges saying all sorts of weird and wonderful (and sometimes mean) things to the celebrity contestants.
But in Saturday night’s show (November 21) judge Shirley Ballas seriously confused everyone with a remark she made about Maisie Smith’s dance.
Maisie, who plays Tiffany in EastEnders, did an incredible salsa with her dance partner, Gorka Marquez.
The judges, Shirley, Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke, were very impressed with her performance and awarded her highest score yet of 27, just three points off full marks.

But viewers were left baffled with one particular comment Shirley made.
Speaking to Maisie, she said: “Well what a way to come back from the dreaded dance off to come out and put on a performance like this this week.
“I love the way you used feminine sensing zones that was beautiful, you’re an accomplished dancer, absolutely no fear.”

‘Feminine sensing zones’ was the particular phrase that got everyone talking, so fans took to Twitter to see what everyone thought.
“Did Shirley just say “feminine sensing zones”? What fresh hell? #Strictly “, said one baffled viewer.
Someone else tweeted: “What are “feminine sensing zones”, Shirl? I cant even begin to work that one out. #strictly,” asked a third.
Another joked it would be a funny expression to get trending as the wondered what on earth it could mean.
