Man stabbed in Reading’s London Road area – Berkshire Live
A man has been rushed to hospital after sustaining stab wounds on Tuesday evening (August 4).
The A4, London Road, has been closed in both directions while officers deal with the incident and there is queuing traffic in the area from the A3290, at the Sutton Seeds Roundabout, to King’s Road.
Traffic and travel service Inrix said police closed the road at around 6.15pm.
Inrix added: “A4 London Road in both directions closed, queueing traffic due to police incident from A3290 (Sutton Seeds Roundabout, Woodley) to A329 King’s Road (Cemetery Junction, Reading).
“Congestion to Forbury Retail Park. The police have closed the road around 6.15pm due to the incident along with St Bartholomews Road to Wokingham Road.”
