Man, 18, stabbed in London knife horror with THREE attackers AT LARGE – Daily Star

Cops scrambled to New Cross in Lewisham after the man was knifed in Avonley Road.

The victim was rushed to hospital and is being treated for non-life threatening injuries.

There have been no arrests as police hunt down three attackers.

Detective Chief Inspector Lesley Hamilton said: “At this early stage we believe the victim was attacked by three males who made off on foot towards New Cross Road.

“We understand there were many people in the area at the time of the incident and I am confident that there are people who witnessed the attack.

“I urge those witnesses to come forward.

The victim has not been named.


CHAOS: A man was stabbed in Avonley Road

Scotland Yard said: “Police were called at around 00:30am to reports of a stabbing in Avonley Road, SE14.

“Officers attended and an 18-year-old male was taken to a south London hospital where his injuries were deemed not life-threatening.

“There have been no arrests at this time.”

It is the latest in a string of London attacks this year, with three people shot outside a tube station earlier this week.
