Police say Howard was travelling alongside other motorcyclists on southwest on Spooky Hollow Rd. on his white and blue motorcycle, when his bike left the road. His motorcycle entered the left side of the road and collided with a metal gate and tree.

Howard died on-scene as a result of his injuries, police say.

The investigation is ongoing, but speed and alcohol are not being considered as contributing factors.
