London crime: Man stabbed multiple times in huge fight in Harlesden – My London

A man is recovering in hospital after he was stabbed in a huge brawl in Harlesden.

Emergency services were called to Harlesden High Street at 4am on Saturday (August 1) following reports of a group fighting.

At the scene, officers and paramedics found a man in his 30s with stab injuries.

He was rushed to hospital, where his condition has been assessed as not life-threatening.

A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said: “Police were called just before 4am on Saturday, August 1 to High Street, Harlesden following reports of a group fighting.

“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a man thought to be in his 30s with stab injuries.

“He was taken to hospital and his injuries are not being treated as life-threatening or changing.

“When officers arrived all other parties had left the scene.

“No arrests and enquiries are ongoing.”

Harlesden High Street was cordoned off between Jubilee Clock and Tavistock Road following the attack.

A witness told MyLondon they saw a “shirtless and aggressive” man walking on Harlesden High Street moments after the fight.

He said: “We heard an aggressive man and shouting.

“A lot of police arrived [as did an] an ambulance which seemed to transport a victim.”

High Street was closed for several hours and bus routes 18, 220, 260, 266 and N18 were diverted due to the attack.
