Harrow Road police: First pictures from scene of fatal stabbing at Kensal Green Cemetery – MyLondon



Pictures show the scene of a stabbing at a West London cemetery.

Emergency services rushed to the scene at Kensal Green Cemetery on Harrow Road at around 2pm today (Sunday November 22)/.

They found a man who had been stabbed and despite the hard work of the first responders, died at the scene.

There are no further details about the victim yet available and police are trying to trace his next of kin.

One arrest has been made in connection to the incident – a 50-year-old, who is in police custody and police continue to guard the scene.

A spokesperson for the Met Police said: “Police were called at 2pm on Sunday November 22 to Harrow Road, Kensal Green to reports of a stabbing.

“Officers, London Ambulance Service and London Air Ambulance attended and found a man – no further details – suffering from stab injuries. Despite the efforts of emergency services he was pronounced dead at the scene.

“Enquiries are ongoing to trace his next of kin.

“A 50-year-old man has been arrested in connection with this incident and is in police custody.

“Officers remain in the area as enquiries continue.”
