Chris Hemsworth goes shirtless for a grueling boxing session in London – Daily Mail

And on Saturday, Australian star Chris Hemsworth showed fans exactly how he stays in such good shape after completing a gruelling outdoor training session in London.
The 34-year-old went shirtless as he boxed with his personal trainer, showcasing his washboard abs and rippling arm muscles as he worked up a sweat.

For the workout, Chris wore baggy black shorts and a pair of boxing gloves emblazoned with ‘Thor’, and took to Instagram to share a clip of the sweat session.
In footage of the intense workout, Chris throws punches and kicks with his personal trainer and friend Luke Zocchi.
At one point, Chris accidentally kicks Luke in the face, and later apologised for it in a cheeky Instagram caption.

‘Outdoor session in London for MIB [Men In Black]! Cheers to Luke for posing as an alien and letting me beat up on him. Sorry for the boot in the face,’ Chris wrote.
In one funny moment in the video, Chris enjoys a piggy-back back ride with his friend.
Fans commented on the Instagram clip, with one writing: ‘Good lord. I could watch this alllllll day.’

Chris said he was training for his role in the Men In Black reboot, which recently started filming in London.
The original movie was released in 1997 and saw Will Smith, 49, and Tommy Lee-Jones, 71, play members of secret organisation Men in Black, which protects Earth from intergalactic bad guys.

Chris and trainer Luke went to school together, and it was Luke who helped get his Hollywood pal in shape for his role in the blockbuster Thor films.

Luke told Today Extra in March that despite Chris’ buff body, he is not that motivated to work out.
‘If I tell him to do something, he won’t do it,’ Luke said.
‘But if I’m in the gym with him, then that competitive nature comes out and then he’ll do it bigger and better than me.’

Luke later confessed that it was all a mind game, and added: ‘He may be bigger and stronger, but I’m smarter.’
On Channel Nine’s Today Extra recently, Luke took host David Campbell, 44, through the 30-minute workout that Chris would do between scenes on his movies.
Luke said that actors such as Chris liked to ‘hammer the arms’, and that ‘there was a lot of “gun” work’.
